As we are a small business with our team at various locations, a phone number isnt practical for us, but we do have an email address: [email protected] ,where all our admin enquiries are dealt with.

Our company is based in the UK and trades mostly in the UK with the odd foreign sale. Our web based shop is set up in US dollars.

As we are based online, we prefer paypal payments but we do understand that not all of our customers like to pay this way. We also accept personal cheque, but we DO NOT ship any items until cheque has cleared. To pay by cheque either email us in advance to let us know what you require, or follow our web based order system up until the paypal checkout, and then close the page. Your order will automatically be logged on our system. We will call you on the telephone number you provide to confirm your order and then inform you of how to pay by cheque. We DO NOT accept postal order in any circumstance. PAYPAL IS PREFFERED AND REDUCES SHIPPING TIME CONSIDERABLY. PLEASE ONLY USE CHEQUE PAYMENT IF IT IS REQUIRED!!

At the moment, we cannot accept returns. All items are carefully checked before being posted to you and packaged carefully. However, in the rare chance that there is any damage to your item upon delivery please contact our admin team who will advise you on what to do.
